Account and User Data Deletion

Please note that account deletion and all associated user data can be performed using the built-in tools within the application.

To delete your account and all associated user data using the mobile application:
1. Log in to or authorize yourself in the ATLAS mobile application.
2. Go to the "Settings" > "Profile" tab and select > "Delete Account".

Alternatively, to delete your account and all associated user data, you can fill out the form below. Requests submitted this way will be processed within 10 business days.

To delete your account and all associated user data through the form on this website:
1. Enter the email address (used as the login for the ATLAS service).
2. Specify the reason for account deletion (optional).
3. Provide a valid email address for feedback.
4. If you do not remember your data, you can mention this in the form comments, and a technical support specialist will contact you using the provided contact details once the request is accepted for processing.

Account Data and User Data Retention Periods

After submitting your account deletion request through the mobile application, the account and user data are deleted immediately.
When submitting a request through the form on this website, the account and user data are deleted immediately after your request is processed. The request will be processed within 10 business days.
After deletion, account data and all user data associated with the deleted account are retained as a backup for 24 hours.

Data to be Deleted:

  • User account (username, email address, notification keys, and any other data that may be directly or indirectly associated with the account)
  • Connected devices, configured homes/rooms, their settings
  • Notification log from all connected devices

Some technical data (anonymous and not linked to the user and their account), such as analytical error information, may be retained for up to 30 days.

This action cannot be undone. Connected devices will continue to operate, but remote control will require reconfiguration. After deleting the account, re-registration in the service will be necessary.
